Sound like Gilmour... on a budget.
i want to get a delay/reverb pedal for my strat.. but the ones on Gilmourish.com are like 400 dollars. anyone got ideas on what pedals are good for 0 - 100 dollar budget.

It will be hard to find a good delay in that price range. You really get what you pay for when you buy pedals. The Digidelay by Digitech is an okay pedal for right around $100. You'll have to put up with some hissing though.............

Kind of a catch 22...........you can buy a $400 pedal, but if you have lousy cables, it won't make a difference and will sound like a $50 one. If yor looking to sound like Gilmour on a budget, I'd start with the basics.......good pick-ups and cables.

I found an Ibanez DE-7 on ebay for 45 dollars, I listened to some demos they sounded good. gilmourish.com reccomended the pedal for delay

I found an Ibanez DE-7 on ebay for 45 dollars, I listened to some demos they sounded good. gilmourish.com reccomended the pedal for delay

Let me know how it goes. That particular pedal is supposed to have a pretty good tone, I just never used Ibanez before. I've got friends who only use Boss for instance and they swear by them. Problem is, If I wire a Boss to my rig.......I don't think it sounds that good. Basically it sall subjective............whatever sounds good to you is what you want.

i wouldnt just base all your board on what Bjorn says.
Plenty of cheaper alternatives out there.
