I think I've posted in here, but aside from Time, some of my most VERY favorite songs are:
Echoes
Comfortably Numb
Shine On You Crazy Diamond (all parts)
Dogs
Pigs (Three Different Ones)

hard topic... but im going to have to go with comfortably numb, it has in my opinion gilmour's greatest guitar work. The last solo is so powerful that you don't need words for the song to understand it, the solo just shows the meaning to the song, which is why i also think gilmour is one of the greatest guitarists on earth

I don't have one single favorite Floyd song. There's a couple that I don't like and a couple that I intensely dislike (Seamus, TGGITS). Otherwise, I like almost all of their material.

Echoes. I seem to like their longest songs most; i.e. Sheep, Dogs, Shine On and to a lesser extent length wise... Time. My favourite of this week has been A Saucerful of Secrets; weird choice, but structured perfectly and I love how it slowly builds up, becomes rather manic and grinds to halt on to start up again beautifully with the keyboards (this was the part they titled "Rats in the Piano', right?) and soon the calming "aaaahhhhh"s (which Dave would do live).
