The "lord's prayer" in Sheep is pretty damned freaky sounding

Is There Anybody Out There?

The opening really makes you feel alone and vulnerable, then the following music helps you settle into those emotions.

I actually don't mind it. As for the lyrics, my interpretation (which is open for debate, by the way) is the actual "manufacturing" of rock stars by the music industry.
Telling them how to think: "What did you dream? It's alright we told you what to dream...", how to act: "You bought a guitar to punish your ma, And you didn't like school, and you know you're nobody's fool...", etc.
Sort of like Have A Cigar, but more sinsister.

As for a creepy song, the part of Echoes that has the 'scream' always send shivers down my spine, as well as Psalm 23 twisted around in Sheep. It sounds dememted and very manic.

but what you've got means such a lot to me

"Waiting For The Worms" is a very disturbing racial song, and if I had my way, I dont think I would have put it on "The Wall", or any of the songs which were nazi related.
Though, it is part of the whole rise and decline of the musician "pink floyd", I dont think it was very necassary to make Pink a nazi... rocker

I liked Welcome to the Machine before I knew it was Pink Floyd. I like the darkness of it, the effects on the vocals and the title is pretty neat too.

I like the song too. I never found it scary actually. I love the synths that Rick uses on this song. They just appear and drown your senses (when you listen to it with headphones).
