Don't let Sir Frankie Crisp hear you saying that...

Anyway, I was joking in my last post. I must say I find Echoes really relaxing, as well as the first half of Sysyphus part 4. There isn't really an album that I find relaxing overall, so I'll say Meddle, since Echoes constitutes half of it.
How can anyone sleep to Echoes. The jam section with the guitar doing its little scratchy noises just scares the crap out of me in the dark. It's not very relaxing to here anyway.

fixed for spelling and punctuation:D
but I would agree. The first 7 minutes or so are incredibly relaxing, and so is the ending part, but the funky jam in the middle is cool, but not that relaxing, and the whale sounds or whatever are cool too, but not relaxing at all.

RIP Syd Barrett - 1/6/46 - 7/7/06
RIP Rick Wright - 7/28/43 - 9/15/08

It's relaxing through headphones on the bus.

For me it depends on my mood:

Realy in a deep depression ~ Animals

Angry ~ The Wall

Can't sleep ~ Wish You Were Here

Stressed out ~ Obscured By Clouds

Feeling realy crazy/out of control ~ Ummagumma

Every thing else well, when ever.

American by birth, Floydian by obsession.

yea Careful's real relaxing..until the midway point when Roger comes in. i wouldnt be able to include that in my chill category specifically because of the scream.

I think he re-gifted and then he de-gifted and now he's using an upstairs invite as a springboard to a Super Bowl sex romp!

Obscured by Clouds.

I find all of the songs very mellow and relaxing.

Mudmen = awesome

And OBC would be a great album if it weren't for Free Four and Absolutely Curtains.
