The poll with AMLOR vs Final Cut got me thinking about this.....I've been watching this one, and it's gone back and forth for some time now. It was started while the weather was still cold in most places(in the upper hemisphere, anyway), and TFC got off to a quick head start, then as the weather warmed up, AMLOR started taking the lead. Interesting, I thought. Maybe the two albums have more appeal during certain seasons. TFC is so depressing at times, it seems to go hand in hand with things dying in the fall, and winter gloom. AMLOR has a number of "uplifting"(at least by Floydian standards) songs which might lend it's appeal to springtime.

Anyway.....is there a certain Floyd album that really resonates with you during a certain time of the year?

I am not sure did I understand you..but, I hope I will not be offtopic :D

well, I think that the most of the pf songs are for cold weather, seasons.
For example, dark side of the moon is for me, perfect for winter. I adore walking throw the town, watching snow, having a warm jacket and buts and listening to breath, or the great gig in the sky.
I always listen all albums, but some of them really remind me of summer, or winter.
