Ummagumma was one of the first albums I heard from Pink Floyd, it was full of psychedelia which I was into. I didn't know of Pink Floyd then, so then I explored more about them, I found their first album which was really different, but I still enjoyed it greatly. Atom Heart Mother was another one I really loved, but not as good as Piper and Ummagumma. So that's why I wouldn't say, "disappointed." But I was let down when I heard More. Up The Khyber is in my top 20 Pink Floyd song those, I really liked it. When I listened to this and Meddle, I knew that there was a side of Pink Floyd I never knew, I judged Pink Floyd on being as experimental on the album Ummagumma and Atom Heart Mother, so I didn't enjoy the others with the same experience. By the time I got around Dark Side Of The Moon and The Wall I knew it was all mainstream at this point, I never knew they sung "Another Brick In The Wall." so it was a somewhat surprise, I didn't enjoy Dark Side Of The Moon that much and The Wall didn't have an impact that was made from the previous albums and earlier albums I listened to. Besides, albums like The Final Cut and The Division Bell I don't really care for.
I also made a quick edit to switch Animals and The Wall around.

...subject to change...
The Wall (perfect masterpiece)
Wish You Were Here (perfect)
Animals (perfect)
The Final Cut (perfect)
Dark Side of the Moon (perfect album but being picky, there's padding, and Us and Them grates. maybe I'm overly familiar)
Meddle
A Momentary Lapse of Reason (love this album-sue me. don't get the backlash. gilmour is god)
Obscured By Clouds
Piper (not a big Syd fan-sue me)
Saucerful (not a big Syd fan-sue me)
Division Bell
Ummagumma (some good moments)
Atom Heart Mother (some good moments)
More (only because I need to listen to this MORE)
haven't heard ZP

Just curious if The Final Cut was the first Pink Floyd record that you listened to.

No it isn't. Without a doubt it is the most raw, powerful and full of purpose album they made.
