I'd say:

- Comfortably Numb
- The Final Cut
- Shine On (1&2)

But that's just my opinion.

I study Gilmour's style and solos a lot as a guitarist. I have so many favourites, here's my top 5, in chronological order:

Time - Quite possibly my favourite of his. Doyle Bramhall II's version on In The Flesh definitely does Gilmour justice.

Have A Cigar - I love the tone, could never get bored of it.

Dogs - I think that this is the Floyd's best song and the solos play a huge part in it. Especially the third, just before the vocals come in again around 7 minutes I think.

Comfortably Numb - Usually classed as his best, probably is.

The Final Cut - Possibly his most underrated, gets talked about here though, so.

"Yet another movie" has a really good solo. But I suppose it doesn't belong to the classic Gilmore solos. He also plays some really good blues guitar on Standing around crying w. Paul Rodgers on his blues record.
