Hi everyone,
I've been searching everywhere for an intro, its a floyd intro from the wall ( I think)
All I know is it starts on a fingerpicked c going to a partial chord.
I think its c/b but I'm not too sure.
My mate playes it beautfully but is crap on names and chords and things.
then it goes into a am7 with hammers on to the high e string and some sort or run down to the third and four frett.
sorry this is so disjointed I am normally very exact on chords and things, but thats all I have to go on.
Its driving me mad as I really want to learn it as its so lovely, but I need your help.
So I hope someone can make sence out of what I have said as I said it is all finger-picked so i think someone might know what I am going on about.

thanks albatross,
thats my problem I dont know the name of the track if i did, i would have found it by now.
I've been all through all the guitar tabs on this site looking at the chord progressions to see if I recognise it.
My mate is so annoying he said it was an intro onthe wall and that was it.
do you hate it when something like that happens and you cant find it anywhere, I do.

Hmmmmmmm. Well how about some of the lyrics to the song? There are all kinds of good intros on The Wall. I want to help you, but I need just a smidge more info.
EDIT: Even just one catchy lyric would work. Was the guitar intro electric or accoustic?

IHi again albatross,
Its definitly an acoustic guitar, and I asked my mate again last night if he had any idea, but as I have already told you he is a great guitarist, but useless at the important stuff.
sorry I cant be anymore use, it doesnt matter if you cant work it out, thanks for trying anyway.

Like Albatross said, if you know any of the lyrics, it would be a heck of a lot easier.

Yeah look up either Good Bye Blue Sky or Is There anybody Out There. Those are the only 2 songs I can think of. Both are pretty.
Is There Anybody Out There starts with an Am chord if that helps.
