Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

I just heard this song by Frank Zappa called, "Watermelon in Easter Hay". I was initially drawn to it when I heard it during the rolling credits of a movie called "Y Tu Mama Tambien".

Since then I realized I was drawn to it because it sounded like a Pink Floyd song. Am I going crazy or does this sound exactly like a Floyd song? But which one? If not, please tell me you hear the resemblance.

Haha, I've thought the same thing, no particular song comes to mind though, I think it is just...Floydian style in general.

Great song.
If ya ask me, though a little slower, the soloing reflects the division bell's "coming back to life" a great deal. One of my favorite "post-waters" floyd songs :D

That's probably what drew me to the Zappa song in the first place. Thank you.
