You mean Mesa Boogie, and yeah I agree they're my favourite sound too. So fuckin' expensive though.

I knew a guy who had around 7 or 8, been playing for about 2 years at the time. He couldn't play at all, strange. Of course, they were all cheap as chips.

Yeah, I know the type. I'm 16 and I've been playing for seven years. I have two American Strats. Which I have worked and paid for myself. I know someone who has been playing for about 1 and 1/2 years and has a Gibson Les Paul Custom, a Rickenbacker 360, and an 2 American Teles. This wouldn't bother me...except that he cannot even play basic songs, he thinks having all that equipment (which his parents buy for him) will make him a better guitarist. This is just one of the things that make me tick.
