Sorry it's the other way around. Roger's mother was a teacher, and she taught Syd, but yes, Dave for certain taught Syd how to play the guitar.

As for a Syd vs. David, they have totally different music styles and that's being neglected, now that I think about it, even though I did vote for Syd, cheering for the underdog, I guess.

As for David drugging Syd, yeah...no! David came into the picture when Syd was completly out of it. Dave was Syd's friend, and had another career option, that's low to say that Dave valued the band credits over's his friend's life.

Thats an awful thing to say because you know its not true. Your smart and you could come up with much better replys.

And your right, Alternate Gilmour does need to get laid.

I may be wrong, but I would read that as sarcasm. The mention of conspiracy usually gives it away for me. If that was sarcasm though, may I suggest to Scream that in the future you use the [sarcasm]sample[/sarcasm] joke container or add a laughter at the end of the post.
