Hey guys. I havnt been here for awhile and i need some help with my '65 twin reverb reissue amp before I sell it on ebay. When played at a volume around 5 or so, I get this sort of hissing "metallic" sound. When I looked at the tubes, one of them is white at the bottom. What is the problem, do I need a new tube or what? Thanks
