Hey. I am planning to buy a bass and learn to play STCFTHOTS. Can anyone give me any tips on choosing a good starter bass.

tried it on acoustic guitar before ever trying it on bass. Still find myself going back to acoustic. For bass, used my Cort, which sounds just fine.

I'd suggest a Mexican Precision Bass as they easily Equal the quality and sound of Many 70's Fender Basses, try a 70's Classic Precision Bass But nothing under 400 $ US as you'll just get frustrated with POOR quality pickups

Roll your Tone Control all th way down and an effect like a Boss LMB 3 can be usefull if your Amp isn't the err... '' Shizel ''
