This thing simulates the Dave guitar sound so well, listen to the demos of it. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product....=151685

I saw this at a pawn shop for $90 once...went home and looked it up. Seems decent, but it's digital. Meh.

Instead, I've opted to buy this: http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product....=153312

Analog chorus, made by Electro-Harmonix so you know it's great.

I have this one. Really good fx. You wouldn't know it's digital by using it. Very warm, the delay degrades a bit and the chorus is really nice. I highly recommend it. Only drawback is the awkward housing it's in.

Now you're just being picky. No one can tell the difference between digital reverb or delay and analong ones. Just using a really complex digital VST that can do anythin from endless reverb to reverse delay is all you need to get gilmour sounds.

You should listen to the demos for the analog EHX Small Clone and this H20 pedal. Listen to how the EHX one is warmer and sounds more lush and full (especially on the second depth mode). I know the H20 pedal has a "rare NOS BBD chip"...but that doesn't change the fact that it's a chip, no matter how rare it is. There is no substitute for pure analog tone.

agreed....u can only tell with real top dollar pedals but there is a difference....but do i feel like paying the extra $200 to get that difference...probly not worth it

He doen't want to be called "Dave" anymore, I think because he was always named "Dave" bij Roger Waters

but well.. it is a pity that those phasers and effects are so bloody expensive.. you see, I am just a beginning guitarist and great fan of Pink Floyd :P
