I love your band! I was listening to the recordings on your site as well, and it's great - the sax player is way better than Dick Parry IMO and I just love the overall sound. The one thing I don't like is the reverb on the vocals, particularly on The Gunner's Dream - I think that song is better with dry vocals.

stabbim, I have a question for you if you don't mind taking the time to answer. I was just wondering how you went about getting a band together and finding somewhere to rehearse and getting gigs in the early days, because I'm nearly finished school and I want to get a Floyd tribute band (including some original material too) together once I've finished.

I've started a new thread for your question...hopefully some folks will be more helpful than I.

In the meantime, since you seem to be digging the 8/12 clips, here's another:

Have A Cigar

Thanks, I really enjoyed your version of Have A Cigar. Am I correct in thinking that it segued into something else, since it seemed to end rather abruptly?

Also do you have any more recordings like that, because they're really great.

You are correct; it segued directly into "Learning To Fly."

Thanks very much for the kind words. Generally speaking we've had bad luck recording shows, but this one turned out pretty well. I'll comb through and see what else I can find...
