I don't know why you'd want to convert it....just download the winamp plug in.

well if i want to burn it to a cd it should be in mp3 format so that it can be accessed on other computers or just in cd players in general :p

If you use nero to burn cds then all you have to do is get a plug in for that as well and it will do the conversion for you when you burn it.
