Only in the summer. The place is dead Sept. to May after P.Diddy leaves. You too can rent and live there for the summer. There is a glut of rentals on the market this year, nobody has the $$$. He lives in NYC on the upper east side most of the time.

I meant the summer, sorry, he was seen there and my boyfriends family lives out there too.
