My vote would go for Chic Filet, I guess. At least they fry in peanut oil, which is somewhat healthier and certainly more flavorful, and some of their wraps really are good(minus those fat ladened dressings), and a bit friendlier as far as calories go.

As you get older, and the metabolism slows down, you have to think of these things.

I would say Subway (does that count?) and Boston Market. Maybe Arby's and Panera Bread. That's about it.

When I did eat fast food, I always dug Arby's. Their chicken, bacon and Swiss sandwich was to die for (pun intended).
