For the first 2 and a quater minutes it bares no resemblence to OTTA, but then some wierd synth comes in and plays the medley quite badly....

I hate dance versions of good songs... but this is funny 'cause it's some guy at home doing it on his PC pretending to be a big Ibiza MC. :D
