excited! Hockey game tonight! Potential sale on my house pending.....plus now a second buyer prospect(none other than My Sweet Little Innocent Brat Daughter!), and I'm faxing out my first job resume tomorrow morning! Whoever buys it is getting a steal of a deal!

I came home Sunday to a recommendation from my realtor to move into my rental and show this house empty..no time like the present I guess and a great chance to stick it to the vanishing one.. glare

..so looks like weekend after next for the big move for me...I'm actually pretty excited and anxious ( no, not that kind ) for the change and new start

Damn guy's running hopelessly behind! Typical salesman(sorry, Bro)......taking endless calls. I'm more concerned with showing the house than getting the hockey game on time, actually....although that's important too. I don't like it when things cut into valuable drinking time!

This should be a good game tonight....Tampa vs Dallas...both arguably the hottest teams right now in their respective conferences. This will test Tampa Bay's mettle and drive for sure!

Yeah.....the guy wants to buy my house....the second he saw it, in fact.....which was nice. He wants to pay cash too, which is good for both of us.....three day deal. (the Brat has to get approved for a loan, and at 21, that could prove tricky for her) He's getting a real good deal, and I'm getting a good profit on it, so it's a real win-win! Now I just have to get situated in where I'm going out there......this will take a little time, as I'm going out there basically "blind".......I don't know anybody there.

I'm already very nervous about it, but it's something I have to do.....
