Look who else is coming to dinner!

Latest news on the concert has the following update (bolded) and me pretty much wetting my pants.

Omigod omigod omigod!!!! That is all I can say!

IRON MAIDEN's Bruce Dickinson, Adrian Smith and Nicko McBrain are the latest names to be added to the Miller Strat Pack concert on Friday, September 24 at Wembley Arena, in aid of Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy. It is also rumored that the IRON MAIDEN contingent will be joined by none other than the legendary BLACK SABBATH axeman Tony Iommi and SCORPIONS guitarist Matthias Jabs in an unprecedented meeting of metal titans to perform hits by SABBATH, DEEP PURPLE and, of course, IRON MAIDEN.

Celebrating 50 years of rock 'n' roll's biggest icon, the Fender Stratocaster guitar, the MAIDEN boys will join many of the world's greatest living guitar legends in once-in-a-lifetime meeting of history's greats. Bruce, Adrian and Nicko will play alongside Stratocaster-playing heroes including David Gilmour (PINK FLOYD), Joe Walsh (THE EAGLES), Hank Marvin (THE SHADOWS), THE CRICKETS, Phil Manzanera (ROXY MUSIC), Paul Rodgers (FREE, BAD CO.), Mike Rutherford/Paul Carrack (MIKE & THE MECHANICS) and Gary Moore, with more still to be announced. The legends will also be joined on the night by Amy Winehouse and Jamie Cullum in a triumphant combination of vintage and contemporary artists.

It has been confirmed that David Gilmour will be playing his serial-numbered 0001 Stratocaster on the night, one of the very first of its kind made by Leo Fender in July 1954. Unconfirmed reports have suggested that it may be the last time David's 0001 Strat will be played live; by David anyway.

I recently read a book called Baldur's Gate II Shadows of Amn (like the computer roleplaying game) and it had a chapter about Abdel Adrian, Imoen, and Jaheria being locked in iron maidens. Other than being a band, I'm assuming this is some kind of cage, yes?

And who's the fool who wears the crown?

Something along those lines, I assume.

On the Maiden site it says that Bruce and Adrian have pulled out and only Nicko will be there. Damn, my least favourite member.
