That point alone - makes KAOS compelling. It's also a concept album (as usual) and it's about the radio to an extent and obviously it reflects the sound of the time. Sadly, that's what gives the album its dated sound.

I still love it and it blows Momentary Lapse away - and I am a Gilmour guy. Dave is my idol. In high school, I wore a leather jacket and played a cream colored strat,ok?

For those who think KAOS is "light", I suggest a fresh listen.
