Ok, this may have been said before, but I need to know. What guitars did Dave use in his career other than his black strat and red strat? Also, those two, when did he get those and start using them? The earliest I have seen him using his black is I think 1970. I could be wrong. As for his red strat, I'm thinking he started using it mid 80s. Now another question about his guitars, are they tuned differently, or have different tweaks and things on it? Kinda like how Yngwie Malmsteen has a scalloped fingerboard on his signature guitar. I know that he has been playing a Telecaster on his recent tour for Arnold Layne. Aoart from that, I am not sure, but I think pinkfloydfan1 will know.

I remembered just now. From watching those old videos from '68. He played a white Telecaster. I wonder how long he used that before he went for the strat? That's another question. :p

What I actually meant is that he has been playing a Telecaster on Syd Barrett songs on his latest tour to pay tribute to Syd.

i think David 1st used the red strat at Live aid he used his black strat around DSOTM period
