you can still totally see syd, or glimpses of him, sometimes. the profile pic on that page illustrates this well, look closely at the shape of his face. His eyes in any picture are also totally sydish.

nicks wife looks like an anorexic gecko. but then again, nick looks like a penguin ;) check out the rock around her neck!

Speaking of animals, why am I here instead of working on my paper? LOL I'm doing a research project on the Pheasant Pigeon (whoever came up with that oxymoron of a name?) and it's due on Monday and I'm no where near finished yet! LOL Studying animals kicks ass, btw. :;): The paper writing kindof sux though, but it's all good. :D Anyway, SO off-topic here. :upside: *blames it all on ataraxia of course* :p hehe

yeah i think Nick Mason is a very underated drummer, but you mentioned that the drums in mother were v good - in actual fact PF got a drummer in to do that song, because he couldnt do it, but nevertheless, brilliant drummer :)

I like Nick's mellow style drumming in Echoes and Us and Them.

Yes, Nick is underrated. One of the songs he plays better in is The Nile song - I'm listening to it right now and I am so impressed. By the way, the cd More is underrated too.

Seems Toto's late Jeff Porcaro (Another great drummer lost)played in that one.
