Yeh, syd wasn't even there anymore.
That to me, was Roger Barret. Syd died a long time ago.

Yeah it just makes me sad to see those pictures of him in later years. I like to remember Syd as he was really.

Same here, but I like that photo for some reason. I think its the eyes; when you look into them, you can still see Syd. Which is rare in most photos of him after he left the band.

Seeing the Madcap photos depress me. I can't bear to look at any of them long enough because Syd looks very empty inside, which makes me very sad to look at him. I, too, would rather remember Syd as Syd.

On a lighter note, I've noticed in these three Pink Floyd photos, Syd stands out when it comes to his appearance...he was quite the dresser!

That last photo is pretty cool

That bottom one is one of my favourite pictures. Love the fact that all the others are dressed in black and then there's Syd dressed in ridiculously bright colours!!
