UPDATE 1: For our friends outside the U.S… According to Billboard.com Roger is planning on possibly visiting your country in 2011 after the U.S. tour: “[After the U.S. Tour, Waters' plans to] then move on to Europe for another 57 dates beginning in March. Waters says he’d like to take the show to other territories, including South America.
UPDATE 2: The RogerWaters.com presales will begin starting Wednesday, May 5. RogerWaters.com isn’t the only option for presale tickets. Starting May 3, American Express Cardmembers can get advance tickets, with seating available to Gold Card, Platinum Card and Centurion members. U.S. fans can also get early access to tickets via iTunes beginning Thursday, May 6. Purchase the 1982 film The Wall from iTunes by April 26 and on May 3 you’ll receive a code via email good for purchasing presale tickets. For both the American Express and iTunes presales, please note that the presale offers are available in select markets and ticket quantities are limited. Lastly, tickets will go on sale to the general public on Monday, May 10, via Ticketmaster. The public sale will also see a limited number of VIP packages made available for each show on the tour. I’ve seen Rog 16 times through the years since Pros and Cons up to DSoTM. My husband and I took my mother (68) our daughter(15) and our son (13) to see Dark Side of the Moon. Can’t wait to bring them all to see The Wall !!! Hmmmmm might have to see him in Philly and NY this year

In response to Nick Mason, it has been rumored he will do a few gigs with Roger, as in the last tour.
However, getting fat Dave “I have a right to sit on my arse” Gilmour off the couch, away from his potato chips, appears to be an entirely different matter.
Roger apparently was a great motivator, but when you can have your wife wash your underwear, write your music, and cook your meals, why go out of the house?

David Gilmour is far from lazy. He supports numerous charities, giving charity gigs etc. Dave Gilmour has done more for charity than any of the other band members. His “On an Island” tour, as well as Pink Floyd’s “PULSE” tour took a LOSS because he donated the proceeds to charity. He sold a house in Little Venice and donated the proceeds to the Crisis charity. Gilmour has also got many business ventures too, such as his aviation company near where I live and he has his record company (which he has now sold).
Besides he has earned his retirement! He is the greatest guitarist ever! There is nobody out there who plays with more feeling that Gilmour.

I saw the original Wall at Earls Court in the 80′s, blew my head clean OFF!! & Gerald Scarfe inspired my artwork so much then, and still does. I’m going to one of the O2 Arena gigs in London, and simply can’t wait! it’s going to be MAXIMUM FABULOSSO INDEED! ENJOY!! =)

I’ve got floor seats to the Dallas show and cannot WAIT for this awesomeness- The Wall was one of the biggest influences on my youth growing up in the early 1980′s and now at 40, to be able to experience it in its entirety live, just blows my mind! I saw Roger performing The Dark Side Of The Moon a few years ago in Antwerp and it was fabulous. I already have tickets for ons of the 2011 shows in Antwerp and I can hardly wait !
PS : just saw The Australian Pink Floyd Show two weeks ago and it was also fantastic. I can surely recommend them !

Yeah I too saw the 2007 Dark side tour in CHCH New Zealand, very good gig.I so am hoping The Wall tour comes down under, I love Pink Floyd and have most albums on LP.

we now live in Norfolk Island where there is are amazing Walls over 200 years old. What amazing setting Kingston, Norfolk Island would be for “The Wall”, and would help bring tourist to the little dot in the South Pacific. Please come down under, we would love to see the concert.
